Plan to spend about 5 - 10 minutes providing us with current information about your pet. Make sure to bring your pet’s vaccination papers with you if we have not previously received them. The vaccinations required for boarding are:
Rabies, Distemper (often listed as DHLPP), and Bordetella (commonly known as Canine Cough)
Rabies, Feline Distemper (often listed as FVRCP)
We will have a form for you to fill out listing emergency contact numbers, medical conditions, and any special instructions. Please bring any food, medicine, toys and instructions for feeding and/or medicating. Let us know if you would like your pet to receive any special services while boarding and provide us with any information that will be beneficial to your pets well being.
